When you book your first appointment online, full payment is required in advance.

Your card details are securely tokenised in Jane (your full number is never shown or stored) and processed through Stripe. For future visits, your card remains on file & is only charged at the time of the session. Payments for sessions, cancellations, or no-shows are only processed by our practitioners. A receipt is provided after payment.

You can book by date, practitioner or session type. Practitioner availability may change due to holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All changes or cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Appointments can be RESCHEDULED online rather than cancelled.

Our practitioners work collaboratively. You may book with any practitioner as needed.

If you can’t find a suitable appointment time, do contact us and we’ll help find availability with a practitioner.

Appointments are provided by independent practitioners who are responsible for the treatment they deliver.

Health Insurance

If using private health insurance, please check your policy to see if acupuncture is covered.

• Some policies include complementary therapies as part of their out-patient benefits, while others may offer it as an optional add-on.

• Coverage often comes with limits eg. a set number of sessions or a maximum claim amount (e.g. up to £250).

• More comprehensive policies may offer higher limits or unlimited sessions, but these usually come with higher premiums.

Since every plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurer before booking to confirm what’s included. A receipt can be found in your Jane account which you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
